The new TENADO METAL 3D

From staircases to complex steel structures: With the new TENADO METALL 3D, you can work efficiently, easily, and even faster thanks to the CAD core of Autodesk Inventor. TENADO METALL 3D is perfectly tailored to the needs of the industry and equipped with intelligent design aids, point cloud functionality, evaluations, and generators for stairs, railings, and much more.

Efficiently designed, professionally implemented – the new TENADO METALL 3D

Autodesk Inventor’s fast CAD core guarantees impressive performance, while TENADO’s industry-specific metal add-on provides intuitive drawing tools. This allows you to easily, efficiently, and highly professionally design exactly what your customers want.
Practical generators reduce your design effort: Fences, railings, or stairs can be created in no time. The corresponding reports provide parts and sawing lists. Save time and work with even greater precision thanks to the new point cloud function, and meet the requirements of municipal tenders, because with TENADO METALL 3D, you now also have a Revit connection, allowing you to work in a BIM-compliant manner.

Powerful tools for impressive results

With TENADO METALL 3D you have a comprehensive 3D CAD software at your fingertips, including all common functions and much more: 3D modeling, sheet metal processing, 2D derivations, dimensioning, parametrics with rule creation thanks to iLogic and rendering.

From point to image

Bring the surroundings of your design or already completed substructures into your software with millimeter precision. Use TENADO’s partner Flexijet or other 3D lasers to display all dimensions and objects with point clouds in TENADO METALL 3D.

Stairs and railings – Let us draw

With the integrated generators in TENADO METALL 3D, you can create stairs and railings precisely and quickly. Enter dimensions, select the material and construction type, and the system automatically creates a 3D model. Individual components can be customized, and even complex requirements or special designs can be quickly implemented.

Next generation sheet metal processing

Punching, bending, unfolding, creating contour rolls – with TENADO METALL 3D, you’re prepared for every challenge. In the sheet metal processing tool, you can design parametrically, control material behavior, bend, cut, create bends, or mark parts – the dynamic 3D preview shows you every progress in real time.

Your tools for efficient work

Rod function
Create bars at or between points and along paths. Use standard or custom profiles. Trim, butt, miter, or face.
Anchor plates
Use your universal connecting element on points and rods. Drill holes, even at irregular intervals, with a center hole, as a double anchor plate, and with a chamfered top edge.
Industrial stairs
Construct single-flight industrial staircases and add landings. Choose between U-, L-, or flat-bar stringers, and lengths based on undercut or simple length specifications.
Gratings
Easily equip your structures with the right gratings. Use our practical generator and remain customized and flexible.
Evaluation
One for all! Benefit from automatic evaluations: parts lists, bar lists, and cutting lists. A real time saver; even item numbers are automatically assigned and values are summed up.
